A: You contact Fallsvale Construction Inc. and schedule an appointment.
We come and physically see the job and/or receive plans. We give you an
estimate as quick as possible. There is a fee for a detailed cost
analysis depending the size and scope of the project.
Q: [Do you have proof of bonding,
insurance, etc.?]
A: Yes, Upon request, all certification will be supplied during the bid
process.
Q: [How much does it cost to build a
new home or re-model?]
A: Depending on several variables it could range from $75-$250 per
square foot. Again, the dollar amount will be clarified during the bid
process.
Q: [Can Fallsvale Construction Inc.
assist us with design concepts and drawings?]
A: Yes, we will assist with cost controlling and energy saving ideas
throughout the building process.
Q: [Do you guarantee your work? ]
A: Yes. At Fallsvale Construction your satisfaction is our most
important product. All of our projects are guaranteed in accordance with
the basic industry standards as suggested by the California State
Contractors Board.
